Dazzloop Privacy Policy
This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its issuance.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the Dazzloop ("App") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us"), which provides services including image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dancing, and AI clothing replacement. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, storage, and protection of your data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide and improve our App services. The information we collect falls into the following categories:
1.1 User-Provided Information
When you use the App’s core services, you may voluntarily upload or provide certain content, including but not limited to:
- Images, photos, or video materials you upload for image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dancing, or AI clothing replacement services;
- Text prompts, settings, or preferences you input to customize the App’s services (e.g., style selection for image stylization, parameters for video generation);
- Account information (if you choose to create an account), such as email address and password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption methods).
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data to ensure the App’s normal operation and optimize your user experience, including but not limited to:
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, device identifier, and browser type;
- Usage data: Features you use, frequency and duration of use, generation history, and error logs (to fix bugs and improve service quality);
- Network information: Anonymized network connection data (e.g., network type) to ensure stable service delivery.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect or Store
We explicitly state that we do NOT collect, store, process, or retain any facial information of users. This includes, but is not limited to, facial features, facial landmarks, facial recognition data, or any biometric data related to the human face. Even if you upload images or videos containing human faces for the App’s services (e.g., AI dancing, AI clothing replacement), we only process such content temporarily to provide the requested service, and we will not extract, store, or retain any facial information from the content.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes, and will not use it for any other unstated purposes without your explicit consent:
- To provide the core services of the App, including processing your uploaded images/videos, generating stylized images, converting images to videos, creating AI dancing effects, and implementing AI clothing replacement;
- To maintain and improve the App’s performance, including fixing technical bugs, optimizing service speed, and enhancing the accuracy of AI-generated content;
- To manage your account (if applicable), including verifying your identity, resetting your password, and responding to your account-related inquiries;
- To detect and prevent malicious use of the App (e.g., uploading inappropriate content, disrupting service operation) to ensure the security of the App and all users;
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations (excluding any requirements related to specific nationalities or regional jurisdictions not relevant to the App’s global use).
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We attach great importance to the confidentiality of your data and strictly adhere to the principle of not sharing your data with any third parties. We explicitly state that:
- We will never share, sell, rent, lease, or disclose your personal data, user-provided content (including uploaded images/videos), or usage data to any third party, including but not limited to third-party service providers, advertisers, data brokers, or other organizations;
- No third party will have access to your data unless required by applicable law (in which case we will only disclose the minimum necessary data and comply with legal procedures);
- We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, plugins, or tools that may collect or access your data in the App. All data processing is completed by our internal systems.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Data Storage
We store your data (excluding facial information, which is never stored) on secure servers with industry-standard protection measures. The storage period of your data is as follows:
- User-uploaded images/videos and text prompts: Stored temporarily only for the purpose of processing your service request. Once the service is completed (e.g., stylized image generated, video converted), the relevant data will be automatically deleted within 24 hours;
- Account information (if applicable): Stored for as long as you maintain your account. If you delete your account, all account-related data will be permanently deleted within 7 days;
- Automatically collected technical and usage data: Stored anonymously for up to 6 months, after which it will be aggregated and anonymized (no longer traceable to any individual user) or permanently deleted.
4.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction, including but not limited to:
- Encrypting data in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols;
- Encrypting stored data using industry-standard encryption algorithms;
- Restricting access to data to only authorized personnel who have signed confidentiality agreements;
- Regularly updating security systems and conducting security audits to prevent potential risks.
Please note that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account information (e.g., password) and not sharing it with others.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data, and we will respond to your requests in a timely manner:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you;
- Right of correction: You may request to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right of deletion: You may request to delete your data (including account information and uploaded content) at any time. Upon receiving your request, we will delete the relevant data in accordance with the storage period specified in Section 4.1;
- Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your data at any time. However, withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain features of the App.

6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without the consent of a legal guardian, we will immediately delete the relevant data and terminate the minor’s access to the App.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service practices or applicable laws. When we make significant changes to the Policy, we will notify you through the App (e.g., pop-up notification) or via email (if you have an account). Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
