Dazzloop Privacy Policy This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its issuance. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the Dazzloop ("App") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us"), which provides services including image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dancing, and AI clothing replacement. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, storage, and protection of your data as described in this Policy. Even if you upload images or videos containing human faces for the App’s services (e.g., AI dancing, AI clothing replacement), we only process such content temporarily to provide the requested service, and we will not extract, store, or retain any facial information from the content. 2. The storage period of your data is as follows: - User-uploaded images/videos and text prompts: Stored temporarily only for the purpose of processing your service request. Once the service is completed (e.g., stylized image generated, video converted), the relevant data will be automatically deleted within 24 hours; - Account information (if applicable): Stored for as long as you maintain your account. If you delete your account, all account-related data will be permanently deleted within 7 days; - Automatically collected technical and usage data: Stored anonymously for up to 6 months, after which it will be aggregated and anonymized (no longer traceable to any individual user) or permanently deleted. 4.2 Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction, including but not limited to: - Encrypting data in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols; - Encrypting stored data using industry-standard encryption algorithms; - Restricting access to data to only authorized personnel who have signed confidentiality agreements; - Regularly updating security systems and conducting security audits to prevent potential risks.
